Initial Consultation and Proposal
We schedule a meeting to discuss your needs and expectations. At this time we tour the home and discuss our staging process. You will receive a proposal from Design Savoir-Faire which will include the work that is recommended based on your personally agreed-upon budget.

Top Ten Priority Report
This is especially good for Realtors who want to offer their sellers a ‘service’ which will help them prepare their home for listing by offering this as part of their ‘listing package.’ It is also for those homeowners who are on a very limited budget, but want to make their homes more marketable on their own. During this consultation, we do a walk-through of the home and identify the ten most important items that need to be addressed by the homeowner to improve the home’s marketability. (Cost – $75)

Half Day Staging (up to four hours)
Here we use the Action Plan to stage as much of the home as possible during the time allowed, creating a dramatic visual impact. We may bring our own accessories which help complete the staging of each room. We take before and after photos so that you will have these for your Realtor and also as a visual reminder of accessory purchases you may wish to make yourself to recreate the look or have us do the shopping for you. (Cost – $75/hr Plus any purchases or rentals) (See our Personal Shopping Services below)

Full Day Staging (up to eight hours)
Here we use the same Action Plan, but we are able to stage more areas, plus, if required, give a little more attention where needed. Some larger homes may need two full days of staging to prepare for listing and/or an open house. (Cost – $75/hr Plus any purchases or rentals)

Personal Shopping Services
We have the time and expertise to find the perfect accessories, or furnishings that you wish to purchase as an investment in your home. And, we will work within your budget guidelines to provide the look that we are trying to achieve. (Cost – $75/hr Plus cost of purchases)

Redesign Services
Just want some help or need a new look? Design Savoir-Faire experts can assist you with transforming your home into what you always dreamed it could be. (Cost – Quoted at time of proposal)

Vacant Home Staging
We handle everything from start to finish! Vacant homes do not show well since only 10% of homebuyers can visualize the potential of a home. Furnishing and staging the home will add thousands of dollars to the home’s value!
Phase 1 – Up to 4 hour “Home Staging Consultation” where we review the home, diagram and measure rooms, map out furniture and plan accessories for maximum impact (You won’t believe how great it will look!)
Phase 2 – We coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the perfect pieces to showcase your home. (The seller is responsible for paying for the furniture rental directly.)
Phase 3 – We spend at least a day at the home to insure smooth furniture delivery as well as adding needed additional accessories and home furnishings from our Company warehouse. These furnishings include: Bed linens, wall coverings, window coverings, plants, trees, “emotional connection” items, knick knacks, table decor, pillows, light furniture, etc.)
Phase 4 – We spend an additional day “de-staging” all of our furnishings as well as insuring smooth pickup of rental furniture
Depending on the size of the vacant area staged, and NOT including furniture rental:

Up to 2000 sq ft
Staging services: $895 – $1395
Home furnishing rental: $250- $600/mo*
Up to 3000 sq ft
Staging services: $995 – $1595
Home furnishing rental: $450 – $800/mo*
Up to 4000 sq ft
Staging services: $1295 – $1995
Home furnishing rental: $650 – 1300/mo*
4001 and up (priced upon viewing)
