After college, with my Interior Decorating diploma in hand, I went immediately to being a stay-at-home mom raising two little girls and creating a home for my family. After moving to Florida from the Chicago area and our daughters were in school, I began a career in business and corporate law. Ultimately, I became a real estate broker and worked at that over a 22-year period. During that time, I used my decorating skills to ‘stage’ homes for sale. Of course, I didn’t know that I was ‘staging,’ it was just something I did because of my personal skill-set.

Now that I have retired from real estate, I have come full circle and I am finally doing what I personally enjoy. I have heard it said: “Do what you love and you will love what you do. “ For me, this has certainly proven to be true.
